Vintage Bottle- Purple Pickle #7412

These jars were commonly used for pickles! This brand has two flags embossed on the bottle.

Old purple glass is also known as sun glass, as the purple colour was created when an ingredient in the glass called manganese was exposed to UV light. 

Wonderful styling pieces for a vintage space, they make great vases.
