Business Workshop with Nicole Kelher

This three hour workshop is for independent retail and service based small businesses. 

Nicole has over 17 years experience in small business and now helps independent retailers and small business owners turn every part of their customer experience — from first impression to final purchase and beyond (in store and online) and into their most powerful profit driver.

Nicole will cover topics on customer experience that sells and how you can build your customer experience that drives sales online and in store and give you the competitor advantage. 

Bring your laptop as she will also offer the opportunity to do a digital audit on your website and socials, and/or guide you on how to set up a website. 

On Sunday morning, we will be offering 20 minute one-on-one sessions with Nicole & Sally where you can ask any questions. We will touch base with you after we have confirmed numbers.  

You will also take away an online course that you can do in your own time.
