This impressive anchor was found in the mud at the bottom of the Brisbane River, having been dropped by an American ship during WWII.

Stuck in the mud for so long because of its weight, it was finally brought to the surface using a crane by a gentleman who has then kept it in his Sunshine Coast house for decades until we acquired it recently. 

It would be an amazing feature in the garden. 

Incredibly heavy this anchor is available for pick up at our Noosaville warehouse only.
